The Garfield County Health Department serves as a key agency responsible for health
promotion and disease prevention.  The Department focuses on strategies that protect and improve
the public's health status.   Services provided by the Garfield County Health Department include:
Communicable and Chronic Disease, Child Health, WIC, Family Planning, Guidance, SoonerStart, Children First, Immunizations,
Health Education, Environmental, Dental, and School Health programs.   

 

We have Spanish and Marshalese interpreters available.  Some services are provided on a walk-in basis
and other services are by appointment.  No one is refused services.
